Café Pacifica, Pan Pacific Hotel

Challenge
Design a flexible, menu for Pan Pacific Hotel's Café Pacifica that focused on locally grown, Fraser Valley ingredients.

Solution
Kelly Brooks illustratred this whimsical, colourful view of the Fraser Valley farm country complete with hints of the wilderness at our door — salmon making their way upstream past gracefully arching sword ferns.

The composition was also prepared as a flat-colour, positive/negative graphic which was printed on the back of the menu boards. Daily menus were laser-printed on velum sheets held in place with rafia ties.
