Multi-language newsletters connect with clients worldwide

Our newsletters describe client projects in a factual, non-commercial manner that lets the reader draw their own conclusions about the benefits SRK provides. Design HQ's clean layouts and the magic they occasionally work with some of the images we provide make these an inviting read. Client feedback confirms this and our messages do get across.

Challenge
SRK's clients range from local retailers to the world's largest industrial players and their grasp of mine engineering practices is just as diverse. SRK needs to communicate their global experience to this broad audience without getting overly technical. Copy and visuals are submitted from senior personnel around the world. Visuals arrive as a mixed bag of image resolutions and formats ranging from PowerPoint files to highly compressed JPGs.

Solution
Through diligent editing and image processing, this diverse mix is pulled together into visually engaging newsletters ranging from 8 to 24 pages. Articles communicate client benefits through specific examples in a comprehensible way. Publishing guidelines are provided for articles ranging from sidebars to 2 page spreads. This helps streamline design and production of each issue and maintains a consistent format. Issues have been produced in English, Spanish and Russian.
