The Pointe Restaurant, Wickaninnish Inn, Tofino

Challenge
Design a set of menus for the Pointe Restaurant at Wickaninnish Inn that would reinforce the fusion of fine cuisine and the natural beauty of Vancouver Island's Long Beach setting.

Solution
We visited the Pointe and collected elements for reference — sword ferns, salal, Western Red Cedar sprigs. Working with traditional bookbinders, we planned the leather and cork menu covers and debossed the natural elements collected at the Pointe. We also sourced custom elements such as the stamped, enamel-filled copper inlays that were riveted to each menu.

The fine materials and attention to detail that went into each of these hand-made menus created exactly the impression this luxury restaurant deserved.
